Delivery

Unless you instruct us differently, we will use our judgement as to the best method of shipment to you. We will pre-pay the freight charges and add this amount to your invoice. Delivery dates represent our best estimate at the time of your order. We recognise that your shipment schedules are of great importance and make considerable efforts to comply with them. However, we shall not be liable or responsible for any reasonable failure to deliver, or for any delay in delivery.

Prices

Prices can be given in UK £ sterling, US $ Dollars, and € Euros. Quotations are valid only for the number of days stated. Prices are not guaranteed after the expiry of the quotation period and are subject to change without notice. Prices based on quantity discounts will change if the quantity ordered is reduced after the order is accepted by Photonic Products Ltd. No taxes, duties, carriage or insurances are included in our price quotations.

Our Payment Terms

We extend standard terms of Net 30 Days from the date of our invoice on all orders with prior credit approval. Alternate terms of cash-on-delivery and pre-payment are also available.

Product Specifications

The specifications for all our products are set to achieve the highest possible quality for the price. However, we do reserve the right to change these specifications at any time without notice. Photonic Products Ltd are willing to quote to customer's own specifications, but must formally approve these specifications prior to the acceptance of an order.
